Owen's Barber Shop

A traditional, walk-in-only barbershop, Owen's Barber Shop in State College takes no appointments and accepts cash or check only. The shop has served the area for more than 50 years and runs ten chairs. Owen's trains its own barbers in-house until they become licensed, and each barber works with customers to decide which cut suits them best. Red lettering on the front window spells out the shop's name next to a neon OPEN sign, and a covered walkway runs in front of the entrance.
